I think this is a perfect option for a night in. The Baby Octopus Cup-Bap 쭈꾸미 컵밥 & the BBQ Chicken Cup-Bap 치킨 컵밥 were flavorful, and the servings were generous. The Jokbal Platter 족발 플래터 was very tender and the three different sauces that came with it were delicious. And the Fried Sweet Potato 고구마 튀김 was actually my favorite. It was crunchy and soft inside. Overall, it was very satisfying dinner for us!

Fried Shrimp & Cheese 새우 치즈 튀김 is delicious! Im usually not a huge fan of cheesy sauces (often it is just overly filling & average tasting). But their cheese sauce is addictive, it is "lightly" balanced with good flavour & texture. The mala Mara Pork Sliders 마라 슬라이더 was different , a twist on mala seasoning but very mild. But i do prefer & LOVE LOVE the Tteokgalbi Sliders 떡갈비 슬라이더. Explosion of flavors! Although i recall it is 3 sliders served when you dine in, instead of 2 pcs on take away menu. Still WORTH every bite :)

The Rose Tteokbokki at Seoul Salon was creamy, rich, and packed with flavor without being overwhelmingly spicy. The sauce had that perfect rosé style balance with a slight kick, and the chewy rice cakes paired so well with the melty cheese on top. Definitely one of those dishes that lives up to the hype and keeps you going back for another bite. Portion was reasonable too!

This cupbap was an explosion of flavor in my mouth! The meat was incredibly juicy and flavorful, and the rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The combination of ingredients was absolutely perfect, and I couldn't help but let out a sigh of satisfaction with every bite. This is hands-down the best cupbap I've ever had. I'm sure the other cupbaps on the menu are just as delicious, and I can't wait to try the beef sashimi cupbap next time!!
