1. the fries were undercooked, not nice and crispy. 2. need a new sticker for the beverage - can't get it off, and it's right over the hole for the straw.

Spicy Crispy Chicken - not sure what was going on there today, Maybe they were super busy. but the spicy chicken chicken party was severely overcooked, like so dry it practically turned to dust when I put it. the lettuce on it was very wilted and brown, and the tomato slice was on its last legs.

I visited your Culver’s location to pick up a DoorDash order under the name “William.” When I approached the counter, I greeted the employee with a “Hi,” but he did not respond and simply stared at me. I then stated, “I’m here for a DoorDash order for William.” The employee looked toward the DoorDash pickup area without speaking, retrieved my order, and placed it next to the register. He still did not say anything or acknowledge me in any way. I picked up my order and said, “Thank you,” but he continued to stare briefly, then turned away to assist the next customer without responding. The lack of basic communication and acknowledgment made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. For identification, the employee was a young man with a slim build, longish hair, and a green snake tattoo on his right forearm. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed.

Always has great quality food especially when going into store! DoorDash is not always the fastest so I have noticed that if you want it the traditional culvers way "We make everything fresh" then it's best to go into the store!

door dash was great on time and lousy food still warmmy shake was very watery hamburger wasn't cook like I ask this was the second time I ordered. i will not order again from Culver.
