• 6/11/24The Jambalaya Pasta was VERY dry. This was my second time giving this place a try after trying their gumbo that I was also dissatisfied with. The roux in their gumbo had such a tart and bitter taste that I could not finish it. I figured maybe their gumbo recipe just wasn't for me which is why i gave them another try. I also ordered their Gimme Chocolate Chip Cookies and it was not gooey and soft at all. It tastes like they just bought a bunch of those store bought factory cookies that come in a bag. Definitely did not taste as if they were baked there. Requiring a purchase of 8 of them for $13.00 is robbery! The only thing that was decent were the Garlic Mashed Potato. However, that is not enough for me to give this restaurant another chance with such low quality food.

• 6/13/24The chicken fried steak was cooked to perfection.  The mashed potatoes were good. The green beans had a very good flavor to them. They were very well seasoned, however I did not like is that the green beans were very crunchy which gave them and undercooked taste. The cup of gumbo was terrible. It tasted a burnt like it was scorched with a bad aftertaste. I did not care for the gumbo at all. I also did not see any sausage in the gumbo and it does not come with rice which was very odd. So I don't recommend the gumbo but the chicken fried steak I highly recommend.

• 3/8/26The Chicken Pot Pie had a good flavor, but the inside was like vegetables in water. It was not creamy on the inside. Just straight watery consistency. Will never order this again.
