The BYOP was anazing- im in keto rivht now and the keto crust was just as good if not better than regular crust

While this pizza restaurant is inconsistent the majority of the time, tonight's pizza was one of the best I've ever had in the last five years. It really depends on the person that's making it and I think you need to wait till 4 PM to order to get the best. I tend to do a small 11" build your own and I put almost everything on it. Sometimes it sparse but today it was overloaded with toppings and super flavorful.

I ordered well-done this time, and half the crust on top is almost burnt, (I dont mind that at all, great flavor), but the slices are soft and floppy, the bottom should hold up the toppings nicely and not hang, in my opinion. Absolutely delicious though, with white sauce, spinach, roasted garlic and Gorgonzola.

I ordered a one topping pizza with fresh mozarella as the cheese. Never in my life have I seen cheese used on only half of the pizza, if that. Whoever made this and deemed it acceptable should probably go through training again. Actually, I've ordered fresh mozz before, and it is continuously disappointing. Guess I never learn.

Blaze pizza is the worst. We ordered the cheesy bread with two side salads. They didn't include the side salads. So we re-ordered, this time they remembered the salads. But never included the dressing. This has happened time and time again with them. Maybe if you go in it's better.
