The pho should be under investigation by the DEA for being a highly addictive substance. It's absolutely amazing. The rich-yet-delicate broth is what I think about all day before I eat it. The generous portions of meat are well prepared and full of flavor. The noodles are more comforting than Italian food.
I'm hopelessly addicted.

I love the value of the order 20. Vermicelli Combination Dry/Bún Tôm Thịt Nướng Bì Chả Giò, it has the crunch, texture of herbs, noodles, and protein put together with adelicious fish sauce. The proten is the crispy egg roll, shredded pork skin with roasted rice powder, grilled pork, and grilled shrimp drizzled over a with some scallion oil... yummy!

Pho broth was not hot enough to cook meat. The raw meat was packaged in the noodle plate rather than in the broth to be cooked. Very little flavor. The egg rolls were bland and tasted like grease.

the Canh Bun is disappointed in my opinion. Other food is so good but this one doesn't really stand out, very tiny tiny crab paste
