Sichuan Spicy Soup Base 川式麻辣烫（1.5 lb） I got this soup with TONS of good stuff in it. baby corn. seaweed knots. white mushroom. lobster balls. baby octopus. crab sticks. broccoli. spam. bokchoy. Omg, this was amazing. so spicy and so much flavor 😋 I also got some Sesame Sauce 麻酱 on the side which was a nice addition. So good, and pretty much guilt free late night meal.

It was just average tasting. It's not that the ingredients they use were not fresh or anything, the ingredients did taste fresh. The flavor was just not there. It's not bland but it's pretty flavorless. The choice of noodle you choose, they will put a lot in there WITH the soup so be careful on what noodles you choose. I chose the sweet potato thinking they would put it on the side but it came inside the soup so it was all overcooked and breaking apart with no chewiness. They only put one crabstick too. I got beef brisket but they use a very lean cut, and it has 0 marbling so if you're picky with the chew, just don't order it. Americans will like it cuz the spiciness is american's spicy and most don't care about the cookness in noodles. The packaging could have been better because the soup oil was spilling out of the container and all the utensils were covered in oil.

I cannot believe how flavorful the bone broth is. The portion size is HUGE for the price, and the bag itself was heavy with just one bowl in it. Mushrooms were springy and clean, the beef was perfectly fatty, and the amount of rice cakes was enough to feed a horse (positive). I will be ordering from here as a go-to soup spot from here on out.

meat is overcooked and rubbery. i ordered a bone broth broth and spicy, i didn't expect my soup to be 99% oil. they forgot to put a topping i paid for. ordered quail eggs and got 2 pieces. the soup spilled in the bag. the flavor was good but there is no soup just oil.

Soup was very good, just the right amount of heat...plenty ingredients...however there was no noodles in the bowls as ordered and the added purchased green onions didn't make it to the bag...would have been a great meal if the person preparing takeout was more attentive to what is in the order.
