An absurd amount of fries, I LOVE IT! Definitely get your moneys worth. The Cheeseburger and Cajun fries were delicious!

This was our first time eating from here. The bacon was awful, stringy and not at all crispy. The bun was wet on both burgers. The only thing we could eat was the hamburger patty. The Cajun fries are sooooo salty and not edible. I would recommend less seasoning. We paid $14 for a burger that we could pay $6 from anywhere else. Don't waste your money.

Apparently they changed their fries which I didn't know about. They aren't the same and now they have some sort of crispy stuff on the outside
The cheeseburger was terrible. I don't know what kind of cheese they used but it wasn't melted and was just a glob. This is the last time I'll be ordering Five Guys

to me the signature of this brand is the over flowing fries ... basically, they fill your fries to over flowing and then they drop an extra hand full in the bag ... so when I got my order and saw that the fries looked like they had filled up and then they reached into the bag and just pulled the top few fries and dropped them ... well it made me wish they had gone to the Atascosita location that always delivers an overflowing amount of fries. I know it seems petty but I fell like the brand is based on the over flowing fry and so you get to expect that and order accordingly. Hopefully someone will start paying attention ... I will likely order again but if happens next time I will likely not return.

Two of the burgers I ordered didn't have the ordered bacon on them. One of the burgers had red meat --- burger wasn't cooked though. The fries were limp and not well-cooked. The shake was 100% melted liquid. This place use to be one of our favorites, but they've doubled their prices and lowered their quality.
