3 Meat Plate the sausage, ribs & brisket were delicious. the sides went well with it as well. baked beans were amazing, Mac was a little dry but smokey and it tasted great.
my only gripe would be with the 3 meat plate, I got only a single slice of brisket. For the price that seemed lacking.

BBQ Quesadilla (dd) brisket is always my go to and delicious. It is enough for me to eat twice. I also get it with the street corn which makes it even better. Great seasoning, little spice to it. I definitely recommend it and will be ordering again. Fresh ingredients and packed with flavor!

Absolutely the best barbecue in West Monroe and I'm not just saying that. The quality of the brisket it was beyond compare. I like the sweet sauce, but they had other sauces to choose from their ribs were perfect. I'm pretty picky and cannot stand a fatty brisket or rib. These were fall off the bone. Great with a little chew to them. Perfect .I highly recommend them and treat my company to they come in town. I'm so glad I found these guys.

I have ordered from here two different times getting the Cuban and the pulled pork sandwich with brussel sprouts as the side both times. I'm very impressed with the flavors and amount of meat on both sandwiches. Brussel sprouts were very good also.

The 2 meats a great deal. it was awesome. I will be ordering again. The meats was so juicy & tender. The spicy sauce was amazing. Yummy!
