Always a great experience at Firehouse Subs! The Smoked Turkey Breast was fresh & flavorful, and the mac & cheese was perfectly rich & comforting. Definitely hit the spot! I've been ordering for years & will continue doing so.

both sandwiches (Hook & Ladder® Italian™ ) were extremely soggy. the ham is very sweet, overpowered the whole sandwich. Mac and cheese is pretty good but basic. Definitely would prefer Potbelly over this and probably won't return.

First of all, they forgot drinks and chips. Yes, my Dasher failed to check, but clearly the restaurant didn't make sure they were taken. But aside from that? The sandwich is just plain bad. The dressing is awful. There's a strange spice to it, not reflected in any of the ingredients. The italian dressing was astringent and overly sweet.. The bread was alright, but clearly slightly stale with the kind of 'chew' that means not fresh. Jersey Mike's wasn't taking orders, so I figured I'd get Firehouse, since I used to get them like 20 years ago. Never again.

tomato was old mushy. poorly packed with pickle wrapped inside so sandwich was so soggy it was disgusting. zero flavor
