• 8/4/23This Original Family Meal fed my family of 5. The chicken was cooked well. Rice and beans seasoned nicely. Rolls were soft and they remembered my sauces. I just wish there was a complimentary side salad.

• 7/25/25I don't like these new Fried Yuca bites they don't taste fresh like the sticks and the texture is mushy on the inside >>think 'mashed potatoes meets tapioca'

• 6/16/25I usually love pollo tropical but today it was not good the meat tasted undercooked and mushy and they didnt give me the sauces I asked for the portion of the rice was small other than that it was good maybe today was not there day. I would still order again since it's usually good!

• 12/17/22The steak was overcooked and dry, the yucca was bland, and the cheesecake isn't real cheesecake - it's the whipped cream cheese + whipped cream in a crust with pumpkin. Yuck.
