They forgot all of our sauces, some which I paid for, no straws in the bag and the food was cold. They also just slopped a ton of ketchup and mustard all over the burgers and making the bread soggy.

We ordered the meal which is a combo with a drink and hashbrowns and it wasn't complete. For the price we paid for this, we expect to get the items we ordered.
