Neither ButterBurger® Cheese Value Basket had bacon and we WERE CHARGED for them. No straws for drinks, and half an order of cheese curds at best which we were also charged EXTRA for. Do better Culver's

I was super disappointed. They literally gave me just the veggie patty—no lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, or anything. Not even a slice of cheese or sauce. Just a dry patty on a bun. For a place known for quality, this felt lazy and really unappetizing. If you’re going to offer a veggie option, at least give it the same effort as the regular burgers.

The Onion Rings were overcooked and some of them tasted a little burnt. The rest of the food was good.

Missing multiple items although our bag came sealed, we were told by an incredily rude employee that there was nothing he could do, then proceeded to try and blame it on my dasher.
