• 11/19/23The fattyest piece of prime rib I have ever experienced. it cost $40 for inedible meal. I know rib has fat but there were only approximately 3 edible bites. Every time it looked lean, you would bite into gristle.

• 4/12/25Hot and cold foods were not separated by dasher nor restaurant. So things like the Mash potatoes arrived luke warm & thick, onion rings are soggy, etc. I also asked for fresh berries for a $10 piece of House Made Cheesecake (special occasion). They gave me liquified berry sauce instead. Very disappointed, except for prime rib.

• 6/23/24we called the restaurant before ordering, for white Seafood Ciopinno wine sauce. It arrived in a soup like manner: no pasta, red sauce, 2 shrimp, 4 clams, few pieces of cod and stale bread. If I weren't hungry I would have returned the entire order.

• 3/24/25I love Brickside. However, my most recent order had a Chicken Quesadilla, but there were so many little green peppers, that I couldn't even taste the chicken. The texture was so odd because the peppers were hard and there were so many. I didn't even finish one piece. The Potato Skins, Peanut Butter Pie, and Cheese Pizza was amazing, as usual.
