My fiancee has been ordering the same bland chicken sandwich many days due to medical conditions. It's always amazing and made perfectly how she needs it. Staff always friendly and accommodating when she asks for sides of sauce. She once told them it won't allow her to ask for a side of mayo (which she asks them for in person everytime) so they offered to just put the mayo in ahead of time if whoever is working recognize her order come thru.

First time trying the Italian sausage (I did peppers and onions and ketchup) and it was amazing! I usually get a burger here ... and love them so much that is what I always order but definitely getting the sausage again

First time trying Ted's....the onion rings although soggy and a bit greasy ( fried food doesn't survive a trip in a paper /plastic bag well were delicious! Probably the best onion rings that I have ever had. Such a nice light batter and the onions were very sweet. I also ordered an Italian sausage w jalapeno and caramelized onions. The toppings were GREAT! The sausage was inedible for me... seems undercooked and it just has a rancid greasy taste. It's either bad or it is just low quality meat. Skip the sausage! I do hope they work on the packaging. I think the fries/ onion rings would do much better in a cardboard box vs the paper bag and then tied up in a plastic bag.

Teds on DoorDash?! Christmas came early!!! If you have never eaten here, you NEED to. This is the 1st stop my daughter makes when she is home visiting and a must for anyone I know that left Buffalo, when they come here for a visit. It's just hot dogs and burgers but it's special, always consistent and fresh
