My favorite Chinese take out in Rockland county. My go to for over 10 years. Apps/Soups/main dishes are excellent! The orange chicken & homemade dumplings are the best

I have not had a decent Chinese food meal in a very  long time. Thank goodness I found Panda Garden. The most delicious General Tso chicken. A bit crispy coating on the chicken cooked perfectly inside and a most delicious sauce

The 12. Pan-Fried House Special Wonton with Ginger Sau were yummy. I upgraded the C18. Barbecued Spare Ribs combo with a fried egg and it was delicious. The spare ribs were a bit dry but tasty. 23. Wonton with Egg Drop Soup (Mix) was yummy and so was the egg roll.
