Tropical Salad, Shrimp Cocktail , and the Sopa de Pollo Was delicious. All that I ordered was fresh and the chicken caressed my pallet gently and very rich in flavor. Excellent combination of the herbs and spices which made for a broth.

We love Gloria's. It's always a sure thing for us - good food & great service and pleasant atmosphere. But this time, it wasn't for us, it was for a family going through a difficult situation. We placed the large order and had it delivered. The family receiving it was not disappointed. They loved it and said more than once how good ALL of it was. We had plenty of places to choose from in Rockwall but we knew Gloria's could be counted on, even when having it delivered.

Everything was great except the portion size of the quail. The size depicted on the menu looked bigger than what I received but other than that the quail itself was absolutely amazing. Shoutout to the person who grilled the quail and seasoned it as well, it was on point. Thank you all for a very delicious lunch. We enjoyed it.
