the driver arrived in great time, the Chicken Strips , Hamburger , Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD was excellent. food was still hot and delicious. thanks door dash for your wonderful service.

Chicken Strip Baskets w/Drink with a "Large" onion ring. I thought the baskets already came with 2 pieces of toast, at least they used to, so I paid extra thinking I was going to get an extra piece or so. I wouldn't be so upset if I hadn't paid extra. I don't recommend paying extra for anything as it seems you won't get it. All said it done the food taste fresh, and was decent.

We ordered a side of Sausage and only got 1 patty not 2. The picture of the gravy is no where near what shows up. The picture shows it loaded with sausage but this only had like 6 squares of chopped up sausage patty. Maybe that's where my other one went? Idk.

This location puts hot food and frozen items in the same bag, which should never happen under any circumstances. I ordered a burger, a chicken strip basket, and a large Blizzard, and they packed the Blizzard in with the hot food. That is an unacceptable way to handle an order.
When I called, I was told this is just how they do it, with no real concern about the issue. To make matters worse, the manager or senior staff member tried to blame another location. The problem is that the location they were implying does not even appear to be on DoorDash, so that explanation made no sense and came across as dishonest. Zero accountability.
Bad food handling, bad customer service, and no accountability. I would avoid this location and not waste your money.
