The Mango Orange Green Tea is delicious. No other boba place had their mango orange tea taste this good, and it has amazingly sweet ripe mango bits in it. I was very happy that this store followed my instruction note to the herbal drink I got, which was to add mini taro balls. Great care and attention put to their orders! Quality Taiwanese drinks and desserts!

We ordered the Icy Grass Jelly (冰仙草) almost every week from the West Covina location. Unfortunately, the portion size is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes the cup is full, sometimes it's only about two-thirds full, and many times it's only half full.
At $8.50 plus additional fees, receiving only half a cup feels like a ripoff. We genuinely like this item, which is why we've continued ordering it, but the lack of consistency has become too frustrating. Customers should receive the same portion size every time they order.
Because of this ongoing issue, we will no longer be ordering it.

Chocolate Chip Egg Waffles / 双浓巧克力鸡蛋仔 are crispy on the edges, but soft on the inside! So good and one of my favorites! Perfect with a green milk tea!

Matcha Deluxe Egg Waffle / 抹茶红豆麻糬鸡蛋 仔is Not crispy. We asked for less sugar fof the tofu puddings but instruction was not followed. The portion is smaller compared to other locations that i've been to.

The store ran out of the crystal mochi set but the employees were kind enough to include a handwritten note explaining the situation! They called to see if I wanted to change my order but I missed it. Really nice of them tho!
