I usually order from the mentor location. My mistake for ordering from willoughby. $19 for a turkey club that was a simple turkey sandwich with bacon, not staked layers. Trust me, mentor does it better. Potato salad and dill pickle also seemed different than mentor. Just MEH. Plain pickle slice v. whole deli pickle and sweetened potato salad rather than seasoned.

The Crab, Shrimp & Scallop Cakes were great, but smaller than I remember.Smothered Chicken was good but under allot of melted cheese and mushrooms, etc. was hidden a very petite piece of chicken breast. The side salads were huge. Wish they were Door Dash merchants tho. With tax and full fees and tip, added almost $15 to my order. This is why I rarely order from this restaurant. Good, but way too much money for the portions received. Also, no butter, sour cream for potato, no dressing for salads or cocktail/tartar sauces were included, no bread. Those little extras might have made up for what I felt was lacking in the packing.

The croissant was brick hard, there was barely any chicken salad and only a half slice of bacon on each half of the sandwich. Very disappointing. This place use to be really great but the last couple years it's started to go downhill.

I ordered Jumbo Corned Beef Reuben which came as a regular size,with no sauerkraut.im pretty sure a reuben has saurkraut. so that was a big bummer.
the Jumbo Hot Corned Beef was more fat than corned beef,very tough to chew with very little flavo.
I have ordered here many times the same order with no issues. super disappointed given the cost.

This was worse, corn beef sandwich I've ever had. The bread was hard. The meat was thick and some was thin. And for the price it wasn't a whole sandwich . I don't think I' ll be buying any more.
