I ordered extra shots, I like my coffee strong it was very weak. Disappointed because I was so looking forward to my strong " Venti blackeye"

My banana nut loaf showed up completely soaked due to the drink and it not being properly packaged and protected I would like a refund please, the drink also did not come made correctly
