I was so disappointed when I learned this was Jason's Deli. The Rancher's Club was served cold, and difficult to cut into with fork and knife.
The Jumbo Gumbo was surprisingly okay, I knew it wasn't going to be amazing but it stood out, so curiosity got the better of me. I was given a single piece of shrimp, and not even a whole one. I'm convinced all they did was pour brown gravy over the potato, and cut a single green onion piece for garnish.

The potatoes were good but the filling was definitely all "show" in the pictures. Very little toppings and a lot of hard potato. Not much butter or cheese like the description made out to be. I would probably try it again but only once more.

Boise Bill’s Gumbo Potato is proof that not everything needs to be stuffed inside a spud. The “gumbo” was practically nonexistent—just a sad drizzle of paste-like sauce barely clinging to an overcooked, dry potato. The shrimp tasted off, and without any sausage or real flavor, it was more bland sludge than Cajun delight.
If you’re craving disappointment, this dish delivers. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

The Idaho Sunrise was good all in all, however it was lacking in the salt and pepper department. maybe adding in a packet or 2 of those would elevate the taste a bit. as is with no additions it was a pretty decent spud. the egg was a bit rubbery in some spots
