The size of the food is big for cheap prices and it's freshly made with no much grease

The chicken pie was not golden, it was completely burned, dark brown, and bitter. The empanadas arrived burned and extremely dry inside, and to make things worse, one of them was missing a portion, clearly incomplete. This shows a total lack of respect for the customer.
There is absolutely no excuse for serving food in this condition. Not the weather, not high demand, nothing justifies delivering burned, poorly prepared food. This reflects zero quality control and zero commitment to customer satisfaction.
It is unacceptable to pay for food that does not meet even the most basic standards. This was my first and last time ordering from this place

Pésima experiencia. El pastel de pollo no estaba dorado, estaba completamente quemado y color café, con sabor amargo. Las empanadas llegaron quemadas, secas por dentro, y para colmo una venía incompleta, con una fracción de la porción faltante. Es una falta total de respeto al cliente.
No hay excusa posible, ni el clima ni la alta demanda justifican entregar comida en este estado. Ofrecer productos quemados, mal preparados y mal presentados demuestra cero control de calidad y cero compromiso con el cliente.
Es inaceptable pagar por comida que claramente no cumple ni los estándares más básicos. Esta fue mi primera y última vez ordenando aquí. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
