food was great but the pozole leaked everywhere and go on the sides also inside the bag

I ordered Pozole but it was unexpectedly green pozole. It didn't come with any seasonings that usually come with the dish such as oregano, onion, cilantro, lime wedge, etc. 

Most pozole places distinguish between red and green pozole with red being the defacto style.

First time I got the soup it was good.  Chicken was soft and didn't mind that the broth was made from tomato base.  The second time I got it, next day the chicken was hard not fully cooked and the tomato broth gave me a heart burn.  Not sure what I think of this tomato broth.  It's totally unusual but I guess easy to make.

The pozole looks nothing like the pictures, its clear with no flavor, each piece of "meat" was half fat.
The Beef soup was beyond greasy and meat had the same issue as pozole meat. Tasted like if they mixed tap water with a frozen chunk of grease with little seasonings.
I honestly thought it came from taco bell
