• 8/30/26Simply Cake never disappoints! The Po Tat had an amazingly crisp, flaky crust with a rich, melt-in-your-mouth custard center. The Hokkaido Sponge Cake was ultra-fluffy, light, and perfectly balanced with fresh milk cream. Incredibly fresh, delicious portions, and 10/10 quality.

• 5/26/25The baked goods taste great, but I don't feel comfortable being charged extra without a heads up. If an item runs out, I prefer to either be contacted, or have the item replaced for something of same or similar value or less value. But not be charged more for replacement items I had no say or choice in. :( It's a shame since the bakery's items taste fantastic- but I don't quite agree with how they upcharge without permission when items run out on DoorDash.

• 9/29/25Ordered Pork Sung & Taro Rolls last time and it was sold out.. ordered it again and they packed a Pork Sung & Red Bean Roll. Just can't seem to get the bread I want :(
