I don't know if they have a change in cooks, but the past few times, these have been horrible and gone straight into the trash. The burnt ends used to be my favorite, but not anymore. It's advertised with slaw, and it used to come with a generous portion, but the past few times, it's had one or two yellow peppers, and that's it. I'm so disappointed because I used to love these.

I'm not sure what's going on, but the quality hasn't been the same with my last three orders. I often get the Burnt Ends, as they have great flavor. Lately, they taste as if they are drenched in vinegar. The blackberry jam doesn't come with it anymore. Very disappointed.

The pieces are butchered very poorly, not uniform at all. It's got way too much wasabi and wasabi cream in my opinion. The tuna was extremely veiny so the texture is just not pleasant. Would not recommend.

I ordered two gnocchi, which is a forty two dollars. They replaced both orders with one container of cauliflower in sauce. They gave an eleven dollar discount but I still paid thirty one dollars forone container of cauliflower and sause. The did not attempt to contact and ask what we wanted as a replacement.
