The Brisket Frieswere amazing. The brisket was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of bbq sauce. The cheese sauce was so so good. The Candied Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich was pretu good. The donut bun was toasted perfectly, the bacon thick cut and only slightlysweet. Would definitely order again

The Jalapeno Poppers* were not complety cooked, bacon was limp and peppers crunchy. Not worth $5 a piece.
The Brisket Slow Smoked was amazing but see the photo for the size you get for $12.
The Jumbo Chicken Wings were very dry.
The Brussel Sprouts were sogging and gross. I couldn't eat them. Small container for $10
A high price for mediocre food. I will not order again.

The Brisket Plate was 3 slices/pieces. It has a sweet bbq taste on the outside coating. I expect better if it's only 3 slices for $35 lol... the mac and cheese was more like white american cheese and it was probably a 5/10 at best. The cheese fries was just the mac and cheese sauce over the fries and nothing else. I know because there was a couple pieces of the mac cheese noodle mixed into the fries

This place slaps. Wednesday - Cheese Steak Special w/FF and I did chicken cheese upgrade on the fries. Worth it. Better value in the restaurant than DD it seems. Breakfast was great here too. There's a legit chef here I can tell.

Brisket bark had a bit of a sour smoke taste. They went with quantity over quality to compensate. Rest of the meats( pork ribs and salmon) and sides( bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeño x2 and massive pork n slaw egg roll) were spot on. Beverage was a good sizable strawberry lemonade. Didn't see an option to add sauce. wouldld like one please.
