I absolutely love the vibrant flavors, and the food transports me straight to Uzbekistan. The mastava soup is irresistibly delicious and incredibly comforting. The cheburek with Ground Beef is fantastic, especially with the flavorful tomato dipping sauce. The beef samsa is crispy, bold, and utterly satisfying.
I keep coming back to Sofiya because the dishes taste so authentic—the spices, the sauces, every bite. The kitchen truly honors traditional recipes and techniques, making each meal a delightful experience.
Overall, it’s an outstanding meal that leaves you eager to order again and again or eagerly plan your next visit to the restaurant.

Probably some of the best food I've ever put in my mouth! Definitely recommend the fried lagman and Uyghur lagman. The manti were delicious and everything was handmade and so flavorful!!

Delicious tender meat with a spicy and peppery flavor profile. Delivered very well. I would prefer the mashed potatoes on the side next time because they came underneath the entree and were hard to separate. But overall freshly cooked well-cooked meal. Would definitely order again!

meat was incredibly dry as you can see in the pics as of if it was cut up and sat there for a few hours ad the meet had a hard crust.
The rice was a bit hard as well likely been sitting uncovered thus losing its moisture.
Incredibly disappointing after reading reviews and wanted to give it a try
