• 7/2/26My BYO ( Build Your Own ) All Blue Poke Bowl is quite literally my desert island dish.
Easily shared by friends, the bowl itself could serve two generous portions. I like to add extra protein, and xtra side of dressing, with the mixed greens and brown rice. The taste is clean and fresh. The huge chunks of fish are glistening as they bounce among the greens and edamame. You think I joke? I order this again and again, so...

• 5/15/26I always get the same thing. The build your own is what I go to every time and I just can't stop eating this bowl. Quite literally I've been known to finish off one of these lovelies in a meal. So of course I would think this proportion is absolutely fabulous. It's so impressive. Every time the ingredients have been so fresh and quite attractive don't you agree? It's just shimmering with goodness!

• 8/22/25Poke bowls are great. Do not order the hand rolls. Even at buy one get one they're a rip off. A hand roll is typically full of rice, but they can't be bothered to do that.
I've ordered again after assuming the best the first time this happened, but it appears that's how they make these.

• 4/4/26I always choose the build your own. I have my specific combos. I use the notes portion offered at the end of ordering, to request details that can get overlooked on occasion. IMO, order before 5 p.m. -----as one can see, remembering to "presentation photo" goes out of the window whist ripping the bag open. For those who have never ordered from Blue Poke, may notice the weight of the bowl. As you explore the contents of what you have ordered, I think you will be very pleasantly - maybe surprised - definitely satisfied. I often order tuna and salmon, and a side of a different dressing. Honestly, this could feed 2...easily. But I don't have to share. I can tell you, as a return customer (over and over) for about 25 to 30 bucks there is no other food source that provides the ultimate taste, freshness, and large portion meal. Obviously, fresh and healthy no heavy dressing no heavy feeling after eating. As for me, a 'build my own' Blue Poké bowl is my desert island choice.

• 8/12/25The Spicy minced tuna with avocado hand rolls (2pc) was not worth $15. The roll was made out of a half sheet of nori and that wasn't even full. The bottom half of the roll was completely empty - no rice, fish, or avocado, just nori and air. The top half had one small piece of avocado and about a tablespoon scoop of tuna. If they hadn't been buy one get one free, I'd have asked for a refund. They tasted good but keep in mind that each "hand roll" is a two or three-bite appetizer.
