Chicken Salad Sandwich- was so fresh and good. the tTomato Bisque Bowl- was hot and flavorful. ill be ordering again!

Ordered the East Bay Burger- and it was pretty flavorless... no seasoning at all. It also didn't arrive how I ordered it. I paid to sub French fries which were undercooked and cold. Also ordered the kids Kid's Chicken Basket- and the fries were the same. Overall very disappointing based on what I paid... wouldn't order again or recommend but maybe the sandwiches are better.

My Charleston Deli Dip- was missing along with the upgrade for the Potatoe Salad. I was missing the extra cheese in my Oven Roasted Turkey Sandwich- and there was barely any Turkey on it. Overall, this was a FAIL!

Normally I love East Bay but today the fries were soggy and the cheese steak was over cooked. Horrible tastes for price very disappointing

lettuce wasn't fresh it looked old and they just covered it up with the toppings.. I wasted my money..
