wasn't bad, and was a good portion, however the first time i tried this restaurant they had the pressed apple grilled cheese and it was phenomenal- really hope to see them bring it back

We have eaten there plenty of times with no issues.   This order was horrible. Medium burger cooked well done yet raw bacon. Fries hard as a rock. Nachos also hard as a rock. Pulled pork tasted horrible. Something wrong with it.  Also, we were missing the chicken sandwich with coleslaw we ordered which we reported. The bag has one staple in  the center so someone could have taken it vs it being forgotten. They need to seal the bag better.
