First time ordering from this place. The carnitas are good and juicy. The chicharrón is full of meat and crispy. They give you a huge portion of buche. However, it is missing the spices (chorizo, salsa). They only give a little bit of tortillas and they're the small ones. You might have to chop up the buche and prepare it with your own spices at home. Overall it is pretty good, but keeping that in mind.

Buche was exceptional!!! I ordered some carnitas and they were kind enough to let me know they were sold out and changed my order, colitas were really good too!! I would definitely keep ordering from them! Their portions are pretty full and fresh!

The carnitas were delicious but turkey tails were a little too burnt, couldn't tear them apart without pulling really hard.

I asked for the colitas and they did not have any, I changed my order on the go for the buche and they sent it, but not diced up... this sucks, these guys are awesome when it comes to flavor, unfortunately, today didn't work out for me... I'll order again..
