• 9/17/26Does not look anything like the advertising photo. $13 is what I paid and I got two little pieces of bacon. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! They are so little of everything it's like I'm eating a regular bagel

• 1/8/26Update to my review from earlier (DD won't let me edit) - they made it right. I had to go through DD for a refund as Jo's did not charge for the missing item. Thank you for personally calling to correct the situation!

• 1/25/26the Italian Combo is boss. theEgg/Cheese/Meat I ordered was tops. Bagel w/ Cream Cheese could have had more cream cheese. overall highly recommend.

• 1/8/26Missing part of my order. I received the bagels, but no bagel sandwich. I contacted my dasher who confirmed that everyone was in one bag... which means my order was not completed properly by staff. I have tried to call the store and there is no answer.
