Let’s Eat BBQ & More has the best barbecue in San Francisco and nobody is beating them.
The ribs were on point. They had real smoke and real flavor. The baked beans are sweet and savory and cooked to perfection. And the Mac and cheese ???? Omg!!! Just order.. & last but not least ! The cakes were fire!!! The Oreo cake and Mello Yello cake were both fresh and flavorful. All credit to Cassandra out in Richmond, California. 
This is the kind of Black owned business San Francisco needs more of. It is rare to see a place like this still standing and thriving in the city.
This is Black excellence through food, hard work, consistency, and community. Everybody should try this place. Their BBQ is the best in the city hands down.

• 7/20/26The meat looks old and for $45 I would expect a lot more meat. Also to give someone one corn piece of cornbread for $45 I think is a bit ridiculous cause I think that one would assume that a three-way would be shared between at least two people. Not interested in ever eating here again. and the food is disgusting.

• 5/6/26Arrived hot. Good size portion. corn bread tasted old(left overs) ,ribs was ok, beans was tasty with a heavy syrup taste dark black syrup look. p salad was alright.i would rate it a 2 out of 5. Chicken tasted like lighter fluid n undercooked.

• 7/19/26the food was very good. my only problem was my food was cold. don't think it's the restaurants fault. I blame Door dash on this one. Too many orders at once is becoming a problem. otherwise I have a new bbq place. 😊

• 3/27/26The bbq meat was good but the Mac and cheese they show looks entirely different when it shows up. Looks more like Kraft to me. Stick with the potato salad.
