grilled chicken was soft tender everything was just right everything was warm the rice the beans oh my Goodness my favorite place to eat thank you guys

My order arrived as designated. Food was made to order. I enjoyed the chicken quesadilla and loaded baked potato topped with carne asada, which is my fave. Both were enough to share with a second person. I'd recommend Pollo Regio over other fast food options.

The tacos were not worth the price. very small. even taco bell has larger tacos and you get 12 for 14.95. the tortillas looked and tasted like they were from a pack not home made. the restaurant seems to be a tourist trap for those visiting the Fort Worth area. I won't buy food from the regal chicken ( pollo regio) anymore

I bought the half grilled chicken for my mom for her birthday lunch (we order here almost once a month) and unfortunately the order wasn't as fresh as it normally is. She said the chicken and rice were dry and she received a small piece of onion. :(

I paid extra for Salsa Verde and the container was less than half way the chicken isn't the chicken they always use.
