The Chicken Tenders is a great value for 4 large chicken strips. I got the cabbage as a side and it was delicious with the kielbasa. The sauce was similar to honey mustard. I love this place.

Catfish is superb---fresh, crispy, well seasoned (reduced salt from previous orders, which my doctor and I appreciate), and most of all, fresh grease used to fry the fish --unlike most places in this area that seem to think frying fish in dirty grease is acceptable. Johnny Ray's sets the standard.

The whiting meal was seasoned well and tasty. The portion size was enough to share. I'd get this again. I had it with the cabbage and collards which was okay but too buttery. I wasn't a fan of the coleslaw but my husband like the consistency. I'll add this to my lunch rotation.

Everthing is delish!! Large portions, the fish is very fresh and seasoned perfect. The yams are oh so delish and not too sweet but very flavorful. I will def be a repeat customer.. God bless the cook(s). They put their hearts in this!!!

I got the Wings meal. I chose the greens and cabbage, as well as the yams, as my side dishes. It came with cornbread. Everything was fresh and well-seasoned. I chose the lemon pepper wings, which were delicious. The greens were delicious and yams weren't overly spiced or too sweet which was perfect. And the cornbread was fluffy freshly-baked. The portions weren't too much for a lunch meal. I will definitely order this again.
