The chicken and pies are awesome. The way they are doing the Mashed Potatoes now is aggravating. For the price point of over $5, a single scoop is an enormous disappointment. It tasted great as usual but I would have ordered more if I had known the portion size had shrunken so dramatically.

It was actually a decent deal for a family meal the only reason I put four stars is because a couple items were substituted instead of what I ordered like three gravys vs 1 gravy 2 mash potatoes the food was not bad tho compatible to kfc or Popeyes but with a homestyle taste honestly the pies were my favorite but my kids really liked the Mac and cheese and chicken

This is my first try of Jollibee after a few strong recommendations. I definitely like the "spicy" breading better though it's really not spicy hot, just a flavorful combination of spices. You could safely give it to a toddler. The mashed potatoes and gravy are par, but the macaroni and cheese is surprisingly good. It also appears that white meat on the bone isn't an option here. I will probably order from Jollibee again, but it won't be a regular favorite.

As always the chicken is on point, fresh and crispy, with the mango pies being delicious and my wife happy with her palabok. The only issue is the French fries. Any time my son and I get them, they taste likethey are leftovers from the day before. If it wasnt for the fries I would give a five star.
