• 8/2/25They were out of white bread, subbed for the rosemary. Found out I LOVE that combo & they gave me a coupon for the inconvenience. Great customer service! Also the veggies were the super crisp and fresh. No brown lettuce from this location or soggy pickles from this location. Will definitely order from them again when I'm back in town.

• 5/16/26I enjoy the subs however, they are pricey, 2 #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak even though one was a giant, should not cost 37$ also wondering why a online order took 35 min? It said 20 min then when I got there I had to wait an additional 15min? Why? They hadn't even started my order. Took care of everyone in line and eventually got to me, unacceptable I ordered 20 min before anyone there .

I wish they would add an option for mayo on the side or packets. Sauce on the side options. Oil and vinegar especially.

• 5/8/26Ordered two subs through DoorDash for myself and my supervisor, an Italian for me and a Club Sb for him. The store swapped the labels on the packaging. By the time I realized the sandwich marked as mine was actually the Super Club, my supervisor had already finished the one labeled for him, which was the Italian I had ordered. The Club Sub came with onions, which cause me GI distress, so I had to pick them off, and even then the residual flavor was off-putting. On top of that, a club is a completely different flavor profile from an Italian, so I ended up paying for a sandwich I would not have ordered and could not really enjoy. Two sandwiches, two labels, and you still got it wrong. Please tighten up the labeling process before sending orders out the door.
