While staying at Scotty’s Resort, we ordered dinner through DoorDash from Giuseppe’s. Although our pizza was accidentally left off the restaurant’s order, it was included on our DoorDash receipt. We called to let them know, and they immediately made it right by delivering a fresh, hot pizza to us within minutes.
The customer service was exceptional, and the pizza was outstanding—easily one of the best we’ve had in a long time. It was absolutely worth the brief wait. Everything else we ordered was fresh, delicious, and exceeded our expectations.
We truly appreciate the quick response and excellent service. Thank you, Giuseppe’s, for turning a small mistake into such a positive experience. We look forward to visiting again the next time we’re in the area!
