Didn't get the Burnt Ends like I wanted, but am very happy with the ribs they suggested. Very tasty as is the banana pudding! The ribs and baked beans have a bite to them but so delicious!

First time trying this place. What went well: their Pound of Smoked Wings - my son enjoyed. I tried 1 of them- they're truly smoked- the flavor was excellent did not need sauce. I ordered the Southern Fried Shrimp Moe Boy it was a balanced sandwich. I got shrimp and slaw in every bite. It wasn't messy to eat, and the shrimp were cooked well. Their corn bread is quite unique and sent me back to childhood- it's a little sweet, a little spice - just right.
Their sides- for funsies- and sampling- I ordered the coleslaw, baked beans, and Mac and cheese. The coleslaw is vinegar based and they season it with celery salt- it's quite nice and tasty- I would order this in bulk if it's an option. Their Mac and cheese... I mean- it ain't southern Mac and cheese .. the baked beans- done right. They did not add any meat or extras. Just classic. Overall- this place nails classic bbq. That Mac and cheese needs to have a meeting with the manager though for a performance review as soon as possible.

The pork was and not cooked right. The ribs had a ton of salt and was also tough. Ribs are supposed to fall off the bone but these needed a chainsaw. The beans were good. Unfortunately, nothing else was. I have had Moe's in Birmingham and Auburn and both were good but the Gadsden location was not. The sauce also seemed different. We will not be ordering again from this location. It was very disappointing.

The Pulled Pork Sandwich was the perfect level amount of savory and sweet, and it had the perfect amount of pulled pork and sauce on it.The sides were good, I had the Mac and cheese, which was amaing and cheesy.I also wanted to try their marinade coleslaw and for me personally it wasnt for me, but to someone else the marinade coleslaw would be good.Over all I would be ordering more food from this establishment. I highly recommend this place for BBQ.

ribs above average good seasoning and cooked perfect, baked beans some of the best I've ever had!! the Mac n cheese might be the worst ever! had to take two stars just for that.
