• 1/18/24Do not recommend. The skin of the chicken has an odd color to it. The texture of the 3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal Meat was off too. I didnt finish the meal. The beans were soggy. My order came spilled in the bag as well. Some napkins & cutlery would have been nice. Wont be ordering again.

• 5/25/26The Original Pollo Bowl states in the description that it comes with a drink, but does not give you the option to choose one. I also did not receive one with my order and I checked with my dasher to be sure that one was not given, it was not. The actual quality of the meal was fine, what you would expect from a fast food place, though the portion was a bit small..it was buy one get one free so it evened out that way. To pay the single price for just one bowl would not be worth it though, imo.

• 8/28/23WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS RESTAURANT!
1) I ordered the double chicken avocado salad. The avocado is dark brown, there's barely any lettuce.
2) The shredded chicken quesadillas are not good at all. There's barely any cheese, It's served with no sour cream. I make better quesadillas at home.
3) Instead of salsa with my corn chips, I received hot sauce. If that's what they call salsa (extremely liquid. Just hot sauce, not salsa).
Total Waste of Money! Will NEVER order from El Pollo Loco again!
