Everything sounded incredible, but the meal was ultimately underwhelming. The pork shank was extremely tender, but surprisingly lacked the juicy, fatty richness I expected and the flavor never really wowed me. Even the tres leches was a miss. Nothing was necessarily bad—it just didn’t live up to the hype or the price.
