I couldn't drink the coffee frappuccino right away, but I thought it felt very light for being a venti. After several minutes of sitting it had settled. So what I actually received was half, maybe, of a drink. I know there is a way to blend the drinks without making them so full of air that you get very little of what you pay for, but maybe this was a new person? who knows, but $20 for half a drink is not ok with me.

I've ordered the same thing several times and not a single one was anywhere close to the taste of another. Totally inconsistent. Also, it doesn't seem to matter if you ask for 1 shot, 2 shots or 4 shots, it all ends up about the same. Expensive to "throw away" the price of the shots that either don't get added in there, or that get diluted by too much milk.
