Do not order the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup. They do not put fresh chocolate, it's refrigerated and the chocolate is very hard. I mean, you can't even get the strawberries out of it. For the amount that they charge they should be serving everything completely fresh but they don't do that. Last time the kunafa wasn't even warmed before leaving the store. Now this. Try kunafa food truck, it's wayyy better. Same idea as this

This place is the best. The staff is wonderful. The food is fresh, portion size is perfect for whatever you would want. I keep ordering from here because it's amazing.

I was disappointed with my order. The knafeh was not prepared properly—the cheese was hard, didn’t melt, and didn’t stretch at all, which made it unpleasant to eat. I’d appreciate a refund or credit for this order.
