• 2/2/26Absolutely not worth the money. Fries were way too salty and the buns were dry. Meat quality was ok but not worth the price and there was not much of it. Produce except pickles did not taste or feel fresh. My folks' friends have been raving about this place for years, but it seems from other reviews that the quality has dipped a bit in recent months. Unfortunately this was a disappointing order.

• 1/30/26We order salads from Bru burger often. Tonight our food looked like someone threw ingredients into the container with no understanding that someone was really going to eat the food. It was the worst salads we have ever gotten. I hope this in not the beginning of a trend. How food is prepared for delivery counts.

• 10/27/25I usually love Bru but I paid $17 for a bbq pork sandwich and there's not even enough pork to cover the bun. Terrible!!

• 9/5/26The burger was fine and the delivery was very good. The fries were unbelievably bad. It looked like they had been refried three times and they were just literally soaked with grease - totally edible
