I had the Tonkotsu Ramen & Shrimp Tempura. They were excellent as always, and left me wanting more, that's how delicious it was. The staff is always so friendly and kind to me. I couldn't recommend a more wonderful place to have bite to eat.

Kaizen was absolutely amazing tonight. The chicken teriyaki was honestly to die for — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and one of the best meals we’ve had in a while. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and packaged really well. The ramen was rich and comforting, the shrimp tempura stayed crisp, and the portions were generous across the board. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Grand Forks and we’ll absolutely be ordering again.

The Spicy Shrimp Ramen had a total of 3 shrimps and 1 egg... for $22. It was almost entirely noodles, which tasted just like store bought noodles.
As per the Sashimi Combo, it was not very fresh, and the salmon had white spots. I threw that part away, not worth taking a chance with raw fish

Just one request, next time, please package it inside a brown bag and sealed so it will be private. The plastic bags are transparent and can be seen what is inside. Other than that, everything is fantastic ♥️👏

Usually love pho but this had strange floral aftertaste; there's also not a lot of meat for how expensive it is.
