Everything was delicious! The smoked plum juice is amazing and so refreshing!
The Chicken Soup Dumplings/ 雞肉湯包 were very juicy, the meat was tender and the bun was soft and chewy.
The S8. Pork Wonton and Chicken Broth / 雞湯抄手 was very good also, the broth is very light and very flavorful on its own, the wontons were tender and chewy, the bok choy was fresh and crisp.
The minced R1. Minced Pork Over Rice with Fried Egg / 滷肉飯 is packed with flavor, this is definitely a favorite, kimchi is fresh and crisp, the pork is seasoned well !
Nice portions!

I tried several items I've never had before, and disliked all of them. However, that may be because I don't like the dishes, not that they are poor quality. The Steamed Crystal Shrimp Dumplings was the only dish that I actually enjoyed.
