• 3/9/26Very flavorful. Bell peppers well seasoned and cooked. Beans very nice and smooth, they don't taste like paste. First Mexican restaurant that does not have beans like paste. The meat was very fresh. I would prefer agian good filling, 5 stars!

• 6/21/26The steak fries smelled terrible and didn't taste good at all. Way overpriced. The breakfast torta was ok but the bread was hard and flat not like a torta should be and the chorizo wasn't good.

• 10/11/25Green chili was weird tasting...burritos were of poor quality - the meat was full of gristle and had an odd flavor. Sad because Taco Cabo used to be great back when they were next to the gas station on US40...now, not so much.
