best banh mi in Portland! we always get the chili BM4. Banh Mi Tofu Chili Oil Sauce and B5. Vegan BBQ Pork Baguette , they are amazing!

This was my first (but will not be last) time ordering here... I decided to try a vegan shredded pork baguette and a Vietnamese veggie pie. Both were lovely - I am always grateful to find vegan food that is so fresh and great. And the prices are really fair. But to add to all of this, and possibly because I ordered quite late in the day, these lovely people included a little cake in my order with a message written on the box wishing me a nice day. Not only was that so kind... it turned out to be a really fun and rewarding adventure. It took me a bit to figure out how to eat this, since it was nothing I had ever seen or tried before - but it was really lovely and something I will definitely order again.
I really was not expecting anything much... just hoping for a decent meal. The meal far exceeded that, and I have to say that the little surprise really warmed my heart. Thank you Van Nien

The BM2. Banh Mi Tofu Spicy Lemongrass Sauce is incredible! The best I've had in PDX, and the worker there is so friendly, and the space delightful

The BBQ R5. BBQ Pork Rice Plate (BBQ Pork, Shredded Pork, Tofu) was very good. The BBQ pork was the best part. Tofu wasn't bad but could have been cooked a little longer and a little more flavorful but adding some soy sauce helped. The TF06. Peanut Sauce Tofu Baguette was good as well but I also wish the peanut Sauce was more flavorful. the A1. Tofu Salad Rolls With Peanut Sauce (2 Rolls) were fine but also just wish they were a little more jazzed up with some carrots, cilantro/mint and a more flavorful peanut sauce. The restaurant included a complimentary Shredded Pork salad roll which was so nice!! The F3. Vietnamese Iced Coffee With Coconut Milk was SO GOOD. We will definitely be back.
