They send deliveries unbagged, in sippy cup lids with no cover on the mouth hole, which is so unhygienic and leaves your drink susceptible to coughing and smoke particles. I complained and they said it would never happen again so I removed my review - but it happened again. Ironically the avocado toast was bagged. The toast isn't even that good I just order it to justify the drink.

Store didn't have product in stock and didn't cancel order but intentionally made me the wrong drink. Was really excited to try this place but this drink was lackluster and not what I ordered at all.

My Strawberry Matcha Latte with oat milk was really tasty and their shop is super-cute. Love the pink & green!

Both Banana Cream Matcha and Chia Seed Pudding were just okay. Expected so much more from matcha at least!!
