Everything looks and tastes good but the artisan bun was extremely stale, to the point where it was hurting my jaw and mouth! I can handle some staleness but this was not enjoyable! lol I absolutely love Tim Hortons, so I'm hoping this was a one off and not something that will be a regular thing.

they always miss something in my order like the meat in my sandwiches or wraps and the iced dinks are way more liquidy than other tims locations.. and the hash browns are undercooked. Even when ordering in the drive thru they constantanly put my order inwrong or miss items. quality has really gone downhill. ugh even the wraps were dry last time.. do yourselfa favor and just hit tim hortons in edm

Bagels were supposed to be toasted with butter and this is what I got. Bagels that were untoasted, uncut, and stale. At least my wrap was correct but it was folded so the wrapper was IN my wrap. >:(
